Glenn's audience is the intelligentsia. It makes sense, in a perverse way, to have an event for the other dopes who breathe our common air.
Of course they tried to mock Glenn Beck's rally. Even the event name was similar.
Did you see the interviews with the "Sanity and Fear" attendees? They were a bunch of clueless morons who had nothing better to do that day. They had not the slightest grasp of the issues. It is very scary to think that most of them are voters too.
