I will stand up for Jane on this one.
Gonzo is under full investigation for a lot more than giving booze to a minor and stealing models from other companies.
He is also under investigation for soliciting underage (under 18) minors to send him nude and masturbation videos via cell phone and personal shoots.

The above statement pretty much proves why he is under full investigation.
Look up Gonzo photos on ModelMayhem and all of his myspace profiles, most of the girls on his friends and contact list are in fact under the age of 18.
He made a clear statement to a new 16 year old model that he has nothing to do with porn. He lied to her.
