Everything looked dead on real. I really cant say that the actual fight was fake on what i saw. My biggest issue would be all of the great camera shots, perfect camera positioning, perfect framing on close shots, the use of two cameras with cut away shots and the use of professional cameras.
But if you are saying the cameras happened to be there for another issue and the fight just happened, then i would definitely say it was a real fight. Nothing in that fight looked fake or staged.

The snoring, is the guy almost choking on his tongue. Seen it 1st hand in class a lot when people get choked out or seriously knocked out.
