PAYONEER: huge fees, 3% exchange rate in ATM for foreign webmasters, NO support, only 50 sponsors
PAXUM: P2P, fair fees, 1% exchange rate in ATM for foreign webmasters, much better support (Paxum-Guy is already on GFY), about 100 sponsors use them so far

someone was bragging that Payoneer is much more legit because Paxum is backed by some penis pills company. This is bullshit because after epassporte-gate we all know that keeping huge amount of cash on e-wallets etc is dangerous. So most of webmasters will keep low balance for security reasons, risk is much smaller.

And here are some facts about Payoneer:
