After doing some research, the guy ([email protected]) and the firm seem legit.

You can contact them, and see what they say, but as they told me and to some other guys, they will only drop the fee if we are a big group.

So I talked with some other guys with funds stuck in epass wallet (we are 4 at the moment), and started gathering more people so we'll get a better rate from the lawyer.
I'm in, pending that we can negotiate a better rate. We must deal with the "up front" fees portion and come to an agreement by approx. Monday Nov. 1st.

I did also notice that epassporte entry at Curacao Chamber commerce has removed the "dissolved" status.

This is curious.
