Poaching is out of order, but it should be the model youre angry with, its obvious other companies are going to hunt for models.

You dont own anyone, the contracts must allow the models to work with other studios or you would have them on a wage with set hours. If not, that sounds like a terrible contract for any model.

A word to Antonio, sort it out, plenty of fish in the sea without needing to piss in someone elses pool & stop taking film without releases.
