You seem to have taken as much advantage of the person you called a "naive" model who "thinks the whole world is pure and that all people are good", as well.
If you were taking such good care of her, then why would she even speak with your "competitor", let alone model for him?
So, are you providing your "contract model" with all that she needs to survive, such as money to cover her rent, living expenses, and medical and dental care, etc?
If you are not, then why would you be surprised that she is has to do what she has to do to pay her bills.

Yes we do provide for our models, including the group health insurance that starts next month. When they start out and they do not have any clothing, shoes, toys, etc that they will need to work for shoots or web cam shows, we buy them the stuff. I have paid for gas for them, lent them money, helped them buy computers, paid a vet bill, etc.
She only talked to him because she thought he took good pictures. Granted he does take nice pictures, I will not deny that. He would love to see him try and defend himself. I want to see how he can justify putting her on web cam, taking pics and video and not getting a model release.
