If you try to save a video on an HTML5 page on YouTube you get sent here:

To see for yourself:

Make sure you are using FireFox 4, Chrome 6, Opera 10.6+ or Safari 4+.
Go here and turn on HTML5 videos https://youtube.com/html5
Go to the video below, or any HTML5 enabled video, and right click on the video and choose "Save As".
