You can pick up a copy of Bioshock 2 now for about $19.95 which I might do and add it to the pile.
Can't beat the Forza deal. Super fun game with incredible depth that yields hours and hours of play time and it's supported by a huge online community. BTW, the new version " UFC " comes with three new exclusive cars. The Lexus LFA, Mercedes SLS and a Koenigsegg CCX
Paint them, tune them, drive them in the game or race others online then sell them in your storefront. Can't get much more fun than that.
As for GT 5 I heard that it's release has been delayed again
