Program owners can set up an account for their affiliates/payees by loading basic information into the EMC2Payouts system. All that is required is the name and email address so the information can be sent to the users. At that point the user receives an email inviting them to establish their account. It is up to the user to decide if they would like to activate the account and enter the appropriate information depending on how they choose to receive their funds.
