We're fairly new... only had one complaint ever, and that was more down to a misunderstanding between us and the client, with them believing a package we was selling was "hardcore" when infact it was soft teasy stuff... we resolved the problem immediatly with them 
We do rely on word of mouth for a lot of our sales... our content business is pretty much a second string to our own websites... but yeah good word of mouth is important.
Sorry this is kicking off like it is... if you ever want to sell our content on Kelly sure you wont get no complaints from your customers

To each their own, but to me it seems that if you can eat out a girl then a lollipop she's played with should be no problem at all. Or maybe just me who sees nothing wrong with it. We all have our different tastes (no pun intended)
