God you people are like sheep.
Michael O did his job, nothing more. He towed the company line, helped them keep customers on the hook, and communicated exactly what he was required to communicate as part of his job. For all we know he knew exactly what was up with epassporte, and knew they were going to close from day 1 ... but the way you guys carry on one would believe he was a heroic caped crusader fighting for johnny webmaster tooth and nail ... risking his job to save our money from the evil epassporte bosses.
Now sure support staff and reps are generally as useless as shit nailed to a blanket, so its refreshing when you see one who is actually capable of doing what is a pretty simple job. Though the way you guys talk about him he might aswell have cured cancer.
