Jurisdiction may be set and agreed to by the parties to any contract.
Any Court however may agree to its Jurisdiction or sever (remove the clause) from the contract.
Courts hear Venue and Jurisdiction arguments all the time.
However a Court Judgment may be only collectible in the Court's Jurisdiction. e.g., a US Federal Court's Judgment might only create a lien against assets held in its Jurisdiction, the US (it is of no value in Belize anyway).
Note: IMO, the wording of #7. is confusing and a Judge might not clearly understand its meaning — the Judge of the Court might impose the Court's own interpretation ... I would amend it to be clearer ...
