Soon maybe we will see as many "epass" style script available as we see tube scripts. You are the one that should as for IDs, you ll need them once Quebec tax inspector will freeze their bank account with your money.
You guys can get that very same visa card directly from choice bank website and they have card to card transfer so why would any body need a useless entity taking a commission in between ?
