EXPIRED CARDS:
For those cardholders whose cards have expired, only the virtual card can be used. For those persons whose virtual card expired in September, we have extended the expiry date to December 2010 (12/10) at no cost. Please note that this will have changed the CVV2. Please contact us at the number below if you need any further information in this regard.

we still need to call them and ask for the new value of CVV2?

one more thing. Is it still possible for us to get it in cash? virtual card sounds like only for online shopping.

pls correct me if i'm mistaken.
