his only skill is having connections, which is obviously valuable enough in itself. i haven't seen him come up with anything interesting or unique that nobody else could have come up with. his connections make the execution possible. all things considered, his greatest accomplishment still seems to be brokering the paris hilton sextape, which it seems he will remind people of until the day he dies.
