St Kitts says balance is $0.00 when in fact I had $1000 on one virtual visa and $100 on another account.

Is St Kitts lying about balances or is Epass not giving them the correct balance info?

Anyone else having the same issue? I'm not going to lose sleep over 1k but it would be nice to get it back.
