"questionable" and "shady" are very loose terms that vary according to your opinion. No host will admit to hosting "illegal" content/sites. "shady" is in the eye of the beholder.
i.e. if i call one of isprimes customers shady , then they do host shady customers/sites. unless they plan on killing every customer someone calls shady.
