If you really wanna gain crazy size quickly find the 100 rep squat routine or the 100 rep deadlift routine. Nothing makes people gain faster than that without gearing up. The problem is only a few people have the heart to handle the routine.

i do 20 rep squats and deadlifts. they work great and take the life right out of you. wtf is this 100 rep routine? there's no way its 100 straight, you'd end up using such a low amount of weight it wouldn't really do a lot imo.
