C4S is signed on to use KiwiSourcing services exclusively.
I personally deal with multiple things related to C4S as I am their consultant which includes me being able to handle things out side of the box if needed hence the vague explanation of what I do for them.

As for addressing issues in other threads......I am doing my best to assist but if people are not cooperative I do not have the time to be baby sitting. As mentioned before and I will repeat myself again cause obviously I have nothing better to do with my time.....
No C4S staff spends time surfing B2B boards. There for none of the complaints ever posted on the likes of GFY are going to be answered unless I manage to stumble upon them (or have ppl submit the threads to me) but I don't even have time to be surfing boards now days. Clips4Sale.com is one of the many companies that I work with and I personally work anywhere between 65-80 hours a week.
There is support staff available via email, phone and live chat that can be contacted 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm EST. All studio owners have access to the 3 means of communication.
I have offered my hand for assistance numerous times to multiple people who still insist wasting time posting on boards rather than emailing me the concerns to see if I can help.
And with that said, those of you who need help.....email me.....those of you who would prefer to dwell then I am sincerely sorry but I can't not assist you if you are unable to help yourself.
