I'm not even sure if my money is in my Wallet or VV. I emailed ePass about 15 hours ago and haven't gotten a response yet.
I have a few different accounts. The ePass site is reporting a Wallet balance of $0 on each one.
So assuming it's in the SKNANB controlled VV accounts, what happens if I don't know what my VV numbers are?
Ideally, I would like the money combined into the one account that has the ATM card.... but that is a problem in itself since the card isn't activated and I obviously can't get on ePass to activate it.
