In 10 years porn will be shot and put up on tube sites by the tube owners and dating, web cam, etc, advertisers will pay for the production. Just like TV is today.

Sorry...
For that to work, the DMCA and copyright laws still need to change, which would make that model irrelevant.

Say that porn becomes like TV but no DMCA laws are changed. I can just steal the content somebody else pays for and start my own site to sell adspace on. It's like if I DVR'd NBC then reboadcast it on my own cable channel. Obviously that wouldn't work.

Who is going to be the one sucker who pays for the production of content so everyone else can steal?

So for those who think porn will be like television with production being covered by advertising costs, it's not possible without changes to DMCA and copyright laws. And if DMCA laws change, you might as well stay with the current model of selling the porn directly, or possibly a a combination of both.

But that's the flaw with the porn/TV comparison in the current DMCA environment. TV works because productions costs are protected since you can't just rebroadcast other TV shows on your own TV network without paying the original producer for the rights to do so.
