Same thing goes for the guy that grows weed in his back yard and smokes it. The only "victim" is him when he's prosecuted....

Maybe it's just the fact that I don't view sex as something that should even be monogamous... I have an open relationship with my girlfriend and both of us love it. Monogamy is against the laws of nature and really, only imposed as a moral standard by the primary religions of the world...

To me, a relationship and the commitment is far more than a monogamous sex life and I would view my partner being more emotionally and intellectually attached to another person as more of a form of "cheating"...
