..."almost no change in looks..." Really? The fries are shriveled up, and I guarantee they're hard as a rock. The bun looks dried out and I'm sure is also hard as a rock, and the meat shrunk. It covers the entire bottom bun in the first pic but not the second.
It also does seem a bit fishy that the food has been moved between the pics. Why did she need to touch it at all?
I'm not saying McDonald's is good food or anything, but things like SuperSize Me over exaggerate to try to make a point. Morgan Spulock ate MickeyD's for every meal for however many days. Only a fucking moron would do that. I eat McDonald's every once in a while, and I like it. It's like most other things, fine if you do it in moderation.
