My question is, why put out a story if you don't know the facts?? Know the facts before you destroy someone's life. If the guy does have HIV and continues to go around banging models that guy should be put in jail. However, if it turns out that he doesn't then this company or entity reporting that he does should go to jail.
I'm just saying don't issue a PR until you know the outcome of the tests.
