What happens if you don't have money in your wallet because you never moved it there and never ordered a visa card? I only transfered monies to affilaites not withdrawl cash.
I also I wired over 6K to my ep account to fund a batch of EP payouts for one of my customer's. EP never gave me credit for that wire to my account. Also I had a balance in there with a few thousand. I did pay back my customer for those affiliates that did not get paid, but now I'm out thousands  .
EP is only providing support for the "visa" users and I'm not one of them ?
Does anyone have another way to contact them other then the credit card bank ?

Soooo... The money was on the virtual visa then??? If that's the case, then the St. Kitts banks is dealing with all that... Hope you have your virtual card info etc. Sucks about the xfr that "dissappeared".. Depending on the timing, maybe it actually is on the VV.
