Maybe my question is already answered but I cant find it. Help !
What happens if you don't have money in your wallet because you never moved it there and never ordered a visa card? I only transfered monies to affilaites not withdrawl cash.
I also I wired over 6K to my ep account to fund a batch of EP payouts for one of my customer's. EP never gave me credit for that wire to my account. Also I had a balance in there with a few thousand. I did pay back my customer for those affiliates that did not get paid, but now I'm out thousands

EP is only providing support for the "visa" users and I'm not one of them ?
Does anyone have another way to contact them other then the credit card bank ?
So pissed like everyone else. Any infor would be greatly appreciated. Good luck everyone.
