Not at all. Retention was really good but our original tour was shit. I think we did 1 to 12 signups a day for the first 10 months. We then launched TwistysCash in June 2002 sales were still slow. We were stuck at 20 to 30 sales for 5 months and then everything just exploded. I wish I had a log of what caused the jump. I'd have to research it I don't remember off hand.
