it always baffles me when i hear the excuses. i know i am overweight (still nothing compared to what i see in the US) but i only blame myself for eating crap and not doing enough exercising.
but most of these obese people put 10 eggs plus waffles plus syrup plus coca cola etc. on their breakfast table, then add a little broccoli and ask desperately why they don't lose weight cause they're eating healthy. insane.
