1. You can't keep hitting the same people all the time (neg or positive); and
2. You can only rep a certain number of times in a 24 hour period.

These are both things Juicy could find out if any of his fake nicks have 10k posts. He would not even need to post, just count. How about Juicy, any of them usable?
