He is our crash test dummy for negative rep. Will be interesting to see how high we can take it. I get the impression there are varying values on the rep power. Like if Juicy reps you, you will get more juice (pun kinda intended) than if Brujah repped you.
Or maybe the values increase incrementally. Either way, Joe's whining is going to get him the attention he wants.
