I called sknanb today regarding my vv acount number. I explained to the lady on the phone that the epass site shut down before I copy and save the number. She asked me for info like name and address. I didn't even give her the correct address because I put random info in there when I signed up. She then asked me the amount I had in my account ($probably only asked because I gave her the wrong address.)

After she gave me the card number and expiration date I asked her if I could get the security number behind the card aswel, she said that they don't currently have that info and are working on finding a way to get it. She said call back in a couple of days if I want it. You don't need it to purchase at most places online so it isn't to much of a big deal imo as its a virtual card.

Very helpful customer service, took a couple of mins with no hassle. If you don't have your card number saved give them a call.

She said I put my address as 21 Strawberry lane lol.
