I am unsure if it's because of a technical difficulty or if it's because my account was flagged somehow. They did send me an email telling me that "my account's status" requires me to send in verification... so I'm not sure if they just turned off the possibility to withdraw money.
It's a little late now... but my advice to people is to NOT contact the bank before trying out the ATM.

I did try the ATM, 3 different ones before I contacted the bank.
If they don't call me, I will be calling them.
