People having no choice other than suicide is always sad news but the thread title should be "Guy who killed himself over gambling debts that had some of his money locked in epassporte". It is just sensationalism to blame epassporte for his suicide.
Gambling is high risk. Everybody knows that. Epassporte should not be used for gambling monies.
epassporte + people using it to distribute gambling income = no epassporte for anybody.
