Whatever the case the U.S. Government is *definitely* watching. Although this Epass incident doesn't *seem* now to be a action initiated by the U.S. Government, they still tend to have a lot of influence beyond U.S. borders. If this is the case those who play games with the law might find themselves in even more trouble soon enough....if the government is so motivated I'm not sure how I feel about that really. Mixed feelings.
