Well, not too put too fine a point on it but I can't figure out what I did to garner a shitload of negatives, other than to disagree with certain posters who advocate certain agendas.
I contacted ePass and provided the info which I gleaned from that contact and got slammed for doing it. Does that piss me off? Sure does and as I wrote, they can do their own homework from now on.
If I'm not playing nicely, just let me know and we can discuss it and I'll change it. Why can others leave rep for me but I cannot leave rep for others? Others here I think are in the same boat. What was my special sin that I got scales while members of similar post counts did not? I didn't come here to fuck around others or get fucked around myself, so could you please explain to me just why things are the way they are for me?
As I wrote, if I'm doing something wrong, tell me what it is and I'll change it! This rep system, IMHO, reduces GFY to the level of a clique of teenage girls engaged in the shunning of other teenage girls.
Further, the title of this forum is "Fucking Around", which sort of leaves things wide open, so how is it that rep should even be considered in such a forum? On the Biz forum, yeah but to base rep on what are obviously personality and political clashes is just wrong. "Fucking Around And Program Discussion" is essentially a Monkey House; I've Admined and Moderated forums myself, so don't take my description in the wrong light! The title itself says it all.
At this point it is my well-considered opinion that the entire rep system as currently installed and operated is a detriment to the reputation, diminishes the veracity, the character and the overall functioning of GFY.
