not unexpected at all. Even if they solved things, nobody would be using them, so why bother?
Hope people with big amounts of money in their accounts will be able to get it back. I just got caught on a couple hundreds and consider them lost, no big deal, but for people with thousands or ten of thousands this is a real problem.
On a side note, I also hope people around here realizes why a banking solution should have real offices: Suing a PO Box is extremely difficult and unsatisfactory
