We saw the same thing. We run mobile on NetBilling and PC on Epoch, so normally if there is an off day you can attribute it to mobile or PC. Not on the 28th - down across all processors.

We do heavy QC everyday, especially with all the mobile devices. We too were going through any changes we made seeing if it had any adverse affect, QC'ing like crazy and not finding anything. Bah, I hate unexplainable bad sales days.

It got a little bit better on the 29th but still not great. My Facebook update for the 29th at night:
Kristin Winters can't figure it out.

Glad sales are back to normal; actually doing really good this weekend. =)
