3 things you would like to see in adult Wordpress theme...
for me the list is like that:
1) custom widgets to display galleries and sponsors,
2) high flexibility in choosing sidebar positions
3) plugin that would let me define ad spaces between posts (like after 1st, 3rd post etc.)
and nice admin to pack it up all together ; ]
