I actually think that the problem are some of the European webmasters. They just take the easy route and work with existing solutions that existed in the US. So only in recent years European billing companies started but they mostly still use US dollars as their currency. Many european webmasters are however very big in the industry. I think that 'The Hun' is a good example and others are also very active.

I have noticed a change in the behaviour of US webmasters lately. Many US webmasters are having concerns about the new legislation that is making the work harder in the US. Now the webmasters react differently.
Some start to block foreign countries and simply forward them to sponsors. Greenguy is a good example here. I think it is not the smartest move if you plan to stay in the long run because the US actually has not much potential to grow internet wise. Most people simply have it by now. Other in Europe and espessially Asia. That's were the market groth is.
Other US webmasters react in the way of planning to move their business to foreign shores to be protected from the harder US legislation that probably will get even harder in the future.

I think we will see a shift in were Adult will be operated over the next years
