Please email me back so I can send you the ID and Release again. Yes if her first name is in the video then that is fine. I just ask people not to use her last name out of showing respect for her privacy, even tho she signed over her likeness and content too me, I hold full ownership and I'm only granting permission to use not full ownership of these sets. 2257 info is kept on file at my office and the address has been given with a release for permission of use.
Again if you did not get those files please email me back so I can re-send them. Sometimes the spam folder catches stuff like this. I can assure you that the model's ID and release is proper and legal.
Yes the video is small but it was shot in mini DV not HD.. (sorry) this is why I'm trying to get some cash together to buy an HD cam so I can start shooting again!.
