i think the people just hate epass because we didn't get a single solid statement from them..all bullshit ..we get only one real statement from this st kittis bank and it is exact date with exact news that cards will work..so i would say lot less people would hate epass and would be more patient if they would inform us properly...the communication is the key and they failed big time on this one..it is like "uh oh visa cut the funds and we dont know why - we are either dumb or we lie to you"..then two weeks later "yes..umm..we still dont know anything ,money is in motion"...then lastly we get the news that is not even real news ,it reads as a resignation "meh, they cut our query acces for visa and we still have no clue why and ,um, yes, just contact the bank if you want to know about your vv money..oh and by the way your account is placed in "funds protection mode" ..,,, no wonder people are pissed...
