10+ years ago, I worked for a company that aquired a Manga/Hentai mainstream exclusive distributor in my country.
Some title I recall from back then (Pioneer sold the license. They make TV's too):
Later I got to know the adult Manga/Hentai people also and learned about their business. They vigorously protect their assets into the extreme because it's very very expensive to create.
