you cant shop anywhere that has visa as far as i am aware , the only people actually taking epass are traffic brokers.

obviously nobody can purchase anything if the visa card doesn't work , so somebody is trying to make you look bad

someone is trying to insinuate you are connected to visa somehow and issue working visa cards..
