So I just phoned St. Kits. The person who answered the phone I assume was a receptionist. I asked her about any news, she said "soon". I said "how soon" and she said "soon, just keep checking the website". I said "does soon mean, 3 hours, 3 days or 3 weeks" She said "I dunno, soon, maybe next week". I said that was not good enough, that they said on or before Sept 30, 2010. She put me on hold and then ......the twilight zone began...

I was put through to Kelly. I asked Kelly what her position was, she said she was a clerk. I said, was the person I was talking to prior a clerk also and she replied "I'm an officer". I said "wait, you said you were a clerk, are you a clerk or an officer" She did not respond....and then the conversation got very weird. It sounded like she was listening to someone telling her what to say or something...she would just "bug out" and become non-responsive and then when I said "hello...hello" she would say "Yes I am here" and when I would say "Can you answer the question? She would bug out again...and I would again say hello hello...and she would come back again with "Yes, I am here" but she really wouldn't say much and what she did say was basically incoherent for the most part.

I asked if the wait was to get the cards working, could those not wanting to wait get a wire instead" She said "you can send us an email" and I said "So if we send you an email with our wire information we can get a wire? (more hello...hello's) and she responded "No, you can't do that, you can send us an email" and when I asked what would be the purpose of the email she disappeared again....I said hello several times....she did not respond...then the line went dead and she had hung up on me.

I called back and Marissa answered the phone. I asked for Kelly, she didn't put me on hold, it was like she just put the phone down on a desk and you could hear her talking to someone but could not make out what she was saying. She then came back and said Kelly was not available. I asked what Kelly's position was in the company and she said she was a manager. I said "Kelly told me she was a clerk, then she was an officer and you say she is a manager, are these all the same names for the same position or does she hold multiple positions.

She said "I don't know" . I asked if I could speak to someone else in the company and she said "No" and hung up.

Visa International allows their brand on a company as unprofessional as this??
