I went on to check pornhub yesterday, and the amount of our stolen clips found there was at an all time low - just 1 video at 200 scanned pages, while not so long ago it would be at least 10, most likely 15. And even that single stolen clip is dated 3 months back, and not a single new video stolen from us appeared ever since.
I'm also seeing that more and more legally submitted clips are starting to appear there - they're not 100% legit yet, far from it, and I do still see clips that were obviously stolen from the well known producers, but the amount of blatant thief that was going on at PH for years has drastically reduced.
I'm pretty sure that was the result of your good guys and gals at topbucks legal efforts,
and I want to thank you for that full heartedly. While they (PH & co) have not completely abandonded their thieving habits, they're a lot more cautious now in spite of the legal troubles, and that's a good start.
You haven't won your lawsuit, you settled, and I have to admit I'm among the ones dissapointed as I had hoped for a big ass glorious verdict

But it's your decision, and I fully understand that you had good reasons for it which could not be made public due to the nature of legal procedures.
Anyway,
what you did has already made a difference, at least for our company - 1 stolen video where it usually was at least 10, it may sound not a big deal, but it's a step.
Thank you Allison, thank you all the other good guys and girls at topbucks, thank you for doing what's right, thank you for taking a stand for all of us, thank you for investing your time and money into the fight that is essenstial for our very survival as an industry.
Please do not listen for GFY haters and do not be discouraged in your future anti-piracy efforts by their arrogant and ignorant "all or nothing" attidude. There was a tie in this battle, but the war's going on and you have our full support with any of your new anti-piracy ventures/initiatives.
Thank you again
