I'll add my same comments as I mentioned in the other post. It's interesting that a lot of the media has focused on the embarrassment as a purpose rather than a factor. The purpose of the p2p lawsuits companies are engaging in is to protect their rights and legitimately go after infringers within their rights. The embarrassment aspect is just what many people have when they are caught watching porn in general by others because sexual desires are normally intimate and personal experiences.
I also found it interesting that at the end she mentioned a large portion of the industry where users actually upload their own porn. Ummm, yeah their own porn produced conveniently at a studio owned by a brand that paid directors and staff to record it? I rarely see the home cam porn video uploaded.
