Yes, they offer VISA Virtual and Mastercard Prepaid plastic card. I created and activated my account. User interface looks so smooth and the support responds in matter of hours!
The only bad thing is that you can't add US based funding source
You must add either a card that's issued outside of USA or fund your account with a bank transfer.
