true words, the only bad thing is when people judge you by the number on your birth certificate, expecting you to fall in their narrow definition of how certain ages are supposed to be... (even some dufus in this thread said something like "if you are 40 and on gfy there is something wrong"... like what is that supposed to mean, it is ok to be on a message board if you are 30 but when you turn 40 it is not ok anymore? wtf?)
When your state of mind is more in tune with being 25 it is hard when someone asks you your age and you have to admit a number much higher than that, sometimes if they are narrow minded their opinion of you changes.
The thing is, you can start fresh learning something brand new at any age, a new language, a new skill, anything, you might have the same desire for that at 40 as you did at 19, and no one knows when they are going to die either, the person that is 40 today might live another 60 years, and the person that is 19 today might not make it to 25, you don't know what the future holds. and you can enjoy life and things like music or experiences the same at any age, maybe with minor physical limitations, but if you have that youthful mindset that is all that matters
there are 30 year olds that are married with 4 kids and a dead end job and a head full of grey hair that are hating life, and there are 50 year olds that are running around single and having fun and blowing their money irresponsibly with a never care attitude, whatever you want out of life, age shouldn't be a mental limitation on what you want to do with yourself on any given day or year
