I had a discussion previously with Peter, and he told me that the domain forwarding had to do with going with requirements of their new bank system. I can't say anything about the phone number.
I love the rates that netcash offers, my emails do get answered ( though sometimes I have to bug them over and over about certain questions).... But there reporting sucks, as there are other technical issues that haven't been addresssed. I"m just letting my rebills go thru, and have them as a backup/backup processor.
